Leadership Coaching is Essential for Your Success

You are confronted with many challenges as a leader. They will draw on your skills and experience. Do you have the leadership skills and experience needed? If you do not have them, your success may be challenging. If you do, you will be successful.


At Solera Associates LLC, dba Coach Solera, we believe in the importance of personal coaching to help leaders become the best leaders they can be. We cover multiple skills in our coaching engagements that help you achieve your desired success. We start where you are, where you can benefit the most, whether it is Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching, Self Onboarding, or any other opportunities you are facing. Then we add more areas as you deem necessary.


And we structure our services based on your leadership experience into three levels: Early Leader, Mid-Level Leader, and Senior Leader.

Services

  • Leadership Coaching

    Leveraging the Six Domains of Leadership™, one of the best leadership development models available, we work with you for you to understand your strengths and areas for improvement and how to go about becoming a better leader.  This coaching includes completing a 360 degree survey that not only captures your perspective, but also that of your supervisor, direct reports, peers, and other raters whose perspective is key for you to understand your leadership and how to improve it.


    In addition, we leverage other models such as Situational Leadership, Working Genius, and the Tuckman Group Development model among others as appropriate.

  • Career Coaching

    Every leader owes it to themselves to plan and execute their personal development plan to be able to secure larger and better positions, whether within their current organization or another one. We help you understand your strengths and growth areas, besides leadership skills, and how to best position yourself.

  • Start Right

    As leaders, we must take the initiative when moving into a new role. We cannot sit back passively while the organization onboards us. It is our responsibility to "Start Right" and ensure our success.


    This means identify and getting to know stakeholders, determining a plan for the first 90 days, and many more actions. We work with you to develop this plan and support you during this onboarding.

  • Stakeholder Management

    Stakeholders can help you succeed...or fail. Managing them, the stakeholders, from your supervisor to your client, is critical for your success. We work with you so that you understand this skill and deploy it in your initiatives.

  • Personal Development Plan

    Beyond your career development plan, we work with you to help you develop a plan that will improve and leverage your leadership skills to assure your success. 


    This plan is built around understanding you achieve from the 360 degree survey you will complete as part of leadership coaching.

  • OKR Coaching

    Objectives and Key Results, sometimes referred to as Management By Objectives, are a key tool to help align your organization’s objectives and the performance of your team. We work with you so that you can apply this skill expertly.

  • Organizational Change Initiative

    Included in the mid and senior level coaching is the development of the plan and assistance in the execution of a change initiative that you want to implement in your organization. This initiative will leverage what you learn from your leadership coaching and can add significant value to your contributions.

  • Planning Coaching

    Planning initiatives can be tough. We help you by leveraging our extensive experience, including Commitment-Based Project Managment (CBPM)

  • Execution Coaching

    Once the plan is set, there's a lot behind making sure it is executed properly, including making adjustments to it. We coach you through this process, leveraging CBPM.

  • Team Performance Coaching

    Is your team performing at its best level? Let us help you make sure they are performing their best.

  • Strategy Coaching

    What's your organization's strategy? How do you develop it if it's missing? How do you align your group's strategy to the higher level strategy? Even as important, are your mission and vision well defined and understood by all? 


    We coach you through this effort so that you are successful.

  • Decision-making Support

    Sometimes it is difficult to know what the right decision should be. We act as a sounding board, pointing out things we see to help you make a decision.

Packages

We offer various packages based on your needs and your leadership experience.


Length of engagement

You can select packages of different lengths (3, 6, and 12 months) to best fit your needs. There are options to extend the engagement or to purchase additional coaching sessions as needed. Each package includes up to two coaching sessions per month.


Leader Experience

We understand that the needs of an early leader are different from those of a senior, highly experienced leader. We group our packages accordingly:

  • Early Leader

    This package is for First Time Managers/Leaders and for Individual Contributors who want to move into leadership roles. These leaders typically have from 0 to 3 direct reports and less than a year of leadership experience. For these individuals we provide leadership coaching, stakeholder management, personal development plan, career coaching, and OKR coaching.

  • Mid-Level Leader

    These leaders typically are 1st or 2nd line managers, with three-five direct reports and teams of 10+ individuals with a total team size of 20 or more. For these leaders, in addition to the services provided in the Early Leader package, we work with them in defining an Organizational Change Initiative (OCI) and coach them in the planning and execution of their initiatives. Furthermore, we coach them in how to improve their team’s performance.

  • Senior Leader

    These individuals are managers of managers or group managers, with 5-8+ direct reports and total team size in the hundreds. Strategy development and alignment are key responsibilities for them. Besides the prior services, we coach them in strategy development and alignment, as well as supporting them in decision making not only as coaches but also as a sounding board with relevant professional experience.

Pricing

Our competitive pricing structure allows you, our client, to select what best fits your needs and timeframe.  For new leaders, prices start at $125/session or a three-month package at less than $700. Middle and Senior leaders, who receive more services as you can see above, would be higher.
